Saturday Night At Norm's is a filmed musical made by Kellen Blair and the comedy troup Fabula. The process of writing this music was great. First we all got together and talked about how the songs would be, then we collaborated on the lyrics, and I set out to write the music and melodies. I recorded the troup at my studio before they started filming, and then they filmed themselves singing along to the music on set. After they wrapped production, I orchestrated the pieces for a full jazz band and recorded the entire band at Entourage Studios in Hollywood.
